Technology that fits how you actually work

Six capabilities, one approach: find the problem that is actually costing you, scope it in writing, quote it once, and build it properly.

Custom Software Development

Your business runs on spreadsheets, paper, or software that fits someone else's workflow.

Systems built around how you actually work — inventory, invoicing, bookings, attendance, or a full internal platform.

  • Requirements workshop and written scope
  • Web or desktop application built to your process
  • Role-based access for your team
  • Data migration from spreadsheets or legacy tools
  • Training session and written handover
  • Source code ownership — it's yours
Typical timeline
typical 6–14 weeks

Web & E-commerce

No website, an outdated one, or a store that loses customers at checkout.

Fast, mobile-first sites and storefronts that load quickly, rank well, and turn visitors into enquiries.

  • Design and build, mobile-first
  • Product catalogue and payment gateway
  • SEO foundations and analytics
  • Content editing you can do yourself
  • Performance budget — sub-2s loads
  • Hosting setup and domain configuration
Typical timeline
typical 3–8 weeks

IT Support & Infrastructure

You only call someone when something breaks — and then you wait.

Retained support, properly configured networks, and infrastructure that stops being a source of surprises.

  • Monthly retainer with agreed response times
  • Network and Wi-Fi design and configuration
  • Workstation setup and device management
  • Email, domain and cloud administration
  • Documented asset and access inventory
  • Quarterly review of what needs replacing
Typical timeline
ongoing

Automation & Integration

Your sales, inventory and accounting tools don't talk to each other, so people retype data.

Connect the systems you already pay for, and hand the repetitive admin work to something that doesn't get tired.

  • Process audit — what is actually manual
  • API integrations between your existing tools
  • Automated reminders, follow-ups and reports
  • Scheduled data sync and reconciliation
  • Error alerting so silent failures don't happen
  • Runbook for your team
Typical timeline
typical 2–6 weeks

Cybersecurity & Data Backup

One laptop failure or one reused password away from losing the business.

Backups that are tested, access that is controlled, and staff who know what a phishing email looks like.

  • Backup strategy with tested restores
  • Firewall and endpoint protection rollout
  • Password management and MFA across the team
  • Access review — who can reach what
  • Staff security awareness session
  • Incident response plan on one page
Typical timeline
typical 2–5 weeks

Data, Dashboards & AI

You can't answer basic questions about your own business without three days of spreadsheet work.

Live dashboards on the numbers that matter, plus practical AI where it genuinely saves hours — not because it's trendy.

  • Definition of the metrics that actually matter
  • Live dashboard on real-time data
  • Scheduled reports to inbox or chat
  • Document and enquiry handling with AI
  • Forecasting where the data supports it
  • Plain-language explanation of every number
Typical timeline
typical 4–10 weeks

How we engage

Three ways to work with us

Pick the shape that matches the problem. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.

Project

Fixed scope, fixed quote

You know what you need. We scope it in writing, quote it once, and deliver against that quote. Changes get their own quote — no silent additions to the invoice.

  • Written scope before work starts
  • Fixed price, fixed milestones
  • Handover, training and source code

Suits: One clear deliverable with a defined finish line.

Retainer

Monthly IT partnership

An agreed number of hours a month covering support, maintenance and small improvements — so you stop paying panic rates for emergencies.

  • Agreed response times
  • Proactive maintenance
  • Rolls into improvement work when quiet

Suits: Businesses that need someone on call, not a one-off build.

Staff augmentation

We join your team

Our developers work inside your process, your stand-ups and your repo for an agreed period — extra capacity without the hiring cycle.

  • Works in your tools and process
  • Weekly or monthly rate
  • Scale up and down as needed

Suits: In-house teams that are one or two people short of a deadline.

Pricing

Transparent pricing, in practice

Opaque pricing is the single biggest complaint people have about IT services. Here is exactly how ours works.

How a quote gets made

We scope first — a paid discovery session where we look at how you actually work. That produces a written scope listing what is included and, just as importantly, what is not. The quote is built from that document, not from a guess about your budget.

What changes a quote

Scope changes, and only scope changes. If you ask for something outside the written scope, you get a separate quote for it before we build it — in writing, with its own timeline. Nothing gets added to an invoice you have not already approved.

The no-surprise guarantee

If we underestimated something inside the agreed scope, that is our problem, not your invoice. You pay the number we quoted. That is the whole point of quoting once.

We do not publish a price list, because a number without a scope is meaningless — and every published tier we have seen turns into “starting from” in the first meeting. Ask us for a quote and you get a real one.

Questions

The things people ask first

  • We scope first, then quote once. You get a written breakdown of what is included before any work starts, and that number is what you pay unless you ask for something outside the scope — which gets its own quote, in writing, before we build it.

  • That is normal and it is our job. We start with a paid discovery session: we look at how you work now, identify what is actually costing you time or money, and give you a written recommendation. You are free to take that recommendation elsewhere.

  • Yes. On project work you own the source code and the repository at handover. We do not hold your business hostage to keep you on a support contract.

  • A website is usually 3–8 weeks. A custom internal system is usually 6–14 weeks. Automation work is often 2–6 weeks. We give you a milestone schedule with the quote, and we tell you early if something is going to slip.

  • Every project includes a warranty period where we fix defects at no cost. After that you can move to a support retainer or just call us when you need us — there is no lock-in either way.

  • Yes. Healthcare, tourism, small business and entrepreneur support are where we have the deepest experience, but the underlying problems — manual processes, disconnected tools, no backups, no visibility — are the same everywhere.

Let's talk

Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you what it takes.

A first conversation costs nothing and you leave with a straight answer — including when the answer is that you don't need us.
